For instance, he sold a house about 4 months ago for $3,500,000 and put it in escrow for the second time today for $6,000,000. Flagg was able to make his client $2,500,000 in four months. According to Flagg, a lot of the time selling the home off the market makes the property more alluring to people since generally people want things they cannot have. Another aspect of the business that Flagg comments about is his dedication to customer service and why he believes it to be very important to him and his business. He states that his clients are rich and they want to feel pampered and like they’re the only client he has. He makes the extra effort to make his clients feel special and satisfied with their real estate transactions. Flagg will fly to wherever his clients are in order for them to sign documents. He could have just easily sent these documents via email or docusign but he believes that it is the extra effort that makes all the difference.
